Product Description

High-speed rail special (high-strength) polyurethane waterproof coating is a two-component chemical reaction waterproof coating. Component A is an isocyanate prepolymer obtained by polycondensation of polyether and isocyanate, and Component B is composed of reinforcing agents, plasticizers, and Colored liquid composed of thickeners and coagulants. When using, mix components A and B evenly in proportion, apply them on the waterproof base layer, and cross-link and solidify at high temperatures to form a high-strength, extended rubber, and strong elastic coating film.

Features

  • This product is a two-component chemical reaction-curing waterproof material. It is an environmentally friendly product. The product strength can reach more than 6.0Mpa, the elongation can reach more than 450%, and the low temperature can reach below -35℃. After curing, it forms seamless and complete elasticity. The waterproof layer improves the waterproof and anti-seepage capabilities of construction projects, especially with high strength and extensibility, and strong adaptability to cracking or expansion of the base layer.
  • The product is easy to construct: During construction, you only need to mix components A and B in proportion, and then brush or spray it on the waterproof base layer. It is a waterproof coating that can be applied coldly. Easy maintenance: Only partial repair of the damaged parts can achieve the original waterproof effect, saving time, and effort and low cost.

Scope of application

The product can be used for waterproofing construction of high-speed railways, viaducts, highways, etc., waterproofing of roofs and underground projects of important civil and industrial buildings, municipal projects, bridges, subways, dams, and other projects. It is also suitable for waterproofing construction of complex shapes and vertical and horizontal parts of pipelines.

Construction method

  • The base layer must be strong, flat, free of debris, and fully dry. The inner and outer corners must be arc-shaped, with the diameter of the inner corner greater than 50mm and the diameter of the outer corner greater than 10mm.
  • Ingredients and dosage: According to the construction dosage, mix components A and B in proportion, stir evenly, and use. The reference dosage is about 1.3-1.5kg/m2 for a 1mm thick coating.
  • Large-area waterproofing construction: Apply or spray the mixed paint evenly with a rubber or plastic scraper. The thickness is required to be consistent, generally 1.5mm-2.0mm. It should be applied or sprayed 3-4 times, and the last application should be applied first. After the first brushing is cured to form a film and is painted or sprayed in a vertical direction, usually to form a separate film, the underground engineering floor should be paved with an additional layer of matrix reinforcement material.
  • Coating film thickness: 1.5mm-2.0mm for subway projects, 1.2mm-2.0mm for underground projects, generally 1.5mm, toilets, and bathrooms should not be less than 1.5mm when multiple layers of waterproofing are used in exposed roof projects, the thickness of each layer should not be Less than 1.2mm. When the roof is fortified with a waterproof level of 111, the waterproof thickness shall not be less than 2mm. When adding carcass reinforcement material between coatings, the thickness of the coating below the carcass shall not be less than 1.0mm, and the thickness of the upper coating shall not be less than 0.5mm.
  • Protective layer: The surface of the coating waterproof layer should be isolated and protected according to the design requirements.

Precautions

  • Paint thinners such as alkyd and nitro thinners cannot be used as thinners, and contact with water is strictly prohibited;
  • if there is precipitation in the paint, it should be stirred evenly before use;
  • Good ventilation must be maintained at the construction site, fireworks are strictly prohibited, and no construction is allowed on rainy days;
  • paint should be prepared fresh and used up within 40 minutes;
  • If the coating film is damaged at the construction site, you can use a cutter to dig around the break, then apply waterproof paint and repair it.
