Characteristic

  • Double-component waterproofing coating forms seamless, integrated elasticity waterproof layer solidifying, and improves the waterproof and seeping resistance of the project, which is a waterproof membrane that can‘t be attained. Especially the coating film has high elasticity and elongation, and high adaptability to substrate cracking or expansion.

Application technology

  • The substrate needs to be firm, and smooth, with no sundries, inside corner, and outside corner should be made into a circular arc, the diameter of the inside corner should be more than 50mm, and the outside corder

  • Reference dosage; coating film dosage is about 1.3-1.5kg/sqm when the thickness is 1mm.

Attention

  • Diluents can’t be alcohol acid, nitro diluents such as paint thinner, don’t touch with water.
  • Keep ventilated ration, no fire.
  • If the material has a slight disposition, it should be evenly mixed before use
  • The construction site must keep good ventilation and should not apply on rainy days;
  • Open the cover when used, it must be used up in 40 minutes;
  • If find broken coating film on the construction site, dig around the broken opening with a cutting knife, and then brush the waterproofing coating and repair

Storage and attention items

  • Keep materials in the room which is dry and ventilate ration
  • Avoid direct sunlight when transportation, avoid collisions, and pay attention to fire
  • The guarantee period of storage is six months, the coating out of storage time should be used after rechecking
