This product is mixed and sprayed by components A and B in the spray gun of special spraying equipment, and the elastomer waterproof film is formed by rapid reaction and curing. Component A is a prepolymer or semi-prepolymer. Prepolymers or semi-prepolymers are prepared by reacting hydroxyl-terminated compounds with isocyanates. Component B must be composed of amino-terminated resin and amino-terminated chain extender, and must not contain any hydroxyl components and catalysts. It is also allowed to contain a small amount of pigments and dispersing additives. The polyurea coating is more than flexible, full of rigidity, and rich in color. Packaging and storage:
●This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, and it is strictly forbidden to be exposed to rain or sun.

●The storage period is 6 months from the date of production if the original package is not opened; beyond the storage period, it can still be used if it passes the sampling test.

The construction method of spraying polyurea waterproof coating
Surface treatment:
1. After the precast concrete curing period expires, the surface is dry (moisture content ≤ 8%) and the base surface can be treated before painting;
2. It is recommended to use grinding equipment to roughen the painted surface, remove dust and clean it;
3. It is recommended to use epoxy resin mortar (or epoxy putty) to repair surface sand holes and potholes;
4. Welding slag and gouging scars on the base surface of the steel structure should be ground and filled to make the base material transition smoothly and sharp edges and sharp angles to be ground into arcs;
5. Sandblasting and de-rusting, the sandblasting reaches the corrosion level or de-rusting level of the steel surface before painting and has a certain roughness. For the parts that cannot be sandblasted, manual de-rusting treatment is carried out to meet the design requirements.
Paint primer:
1. The concrete base surface can be sprayed (or rolled) with 1 to 2 coats of special sealing primer, and the interval between primer coats should not be less than 2 hours;
2. After the primer is cured for 2 hours, the surface layer can be sprayed;
3. The steel structure can be sprayed with primer (medium coat) according to the design requirements, and reach the design thickness.
Surface coating:
1. Before spraying, first check the surface condition of the paint primer, confirm that the surface is cured, and dry, and clean before construction;
2. Check the ambient temperature and humidity. Composite construction requirements must be met before construction can be carried out, otherwise construction is prohibited. If construction is necessary due to special reasons, corresponding reliable measures should be taken to ensure project quality;
3. Thoroughly check the condition of various equipment before spraying, confirm that the performance is intact, and start the equipment according to the equipment operation procedure to check the operation status, and the coating operation can be carried out if the equipment process is normal;
4. Spraying should ensure that the thickness is roughly uniform. When spraying multiple times, it should be horizontally and vertically crossed or sprayed to ensure uniform thickness of the coating. The coating thickness should be checked at any time during the construction process.
Precautions:
This product is strictly forbidden to swallow. Gloves, goggles, filter masks, protective clothing, and masks should be worn during construction to avoid contact with the eyes and skin. This product should be kept out of reach of children. If it touches the skin, wipe it off with a clean cloth, scrub it with methyl ethyl ketone, and then rinse it with water; if it comes into contact with the eyes, wipe it off immediately, rinse it with plenty of water, and send it to the hospital for treatment.
